The Training Curriculum is a reference document for VET providers and educational authorities, including a structured set of competences based on EQF and ECVET guidelines, defining and mapping the Learning Outcomes that VET teachers and in-company trainers need to work on training work-readiness skills for work-based learning through Extended Reality.

Learning Units Plan on training work-readiness skills for work-based learning through Extended Reality

This document provides a comprehensive and systematic plan of learning experiences, activities and types of learning addressed to VET teachers and in-company trainers, aimed at achieving the Learning Outcomes of the Training Curriculum by means of innovative methodologies and contents in training work-readiness skills for work-based learning through Extended Reality.

VIRDUAL e-Learning Campus

This digital educative instrument is aimed to upskill VET teachers and in-company trainers in training work-readiness skills for work-based learning through Extended Reality, also providing them with a technological tool to create their own e-learning courses.

The e-Learning Campus supports virtual educational delivery and management, allowing VET teachers and in-company trainers to:

  • attend an online course based on a new digital pedagogy and curriculum for training work-readiness skills for work-based learning through Extended Reality
  • and create their customized online modules to support the training process of apprentices and participants in work-based learning.

VIRDUAL Instructional Web App

This innovative digital online tool for VET teachers and in-company trainers has been designed to allow them to create customized online Learning Activities to train work-readiness skills for work-based learning through Extended Reality, adapted to the needs of apprentices and participants in work-based learning

Recommendations for validation, certification and accreditation of work-readiness skills for work-based learning

This reference document is addressed to policy and decision makers, VET institutions and providers, social organisations and other intermediary bodies. The recommendations are aimed to support further maturing of certification and accreditation policies on training work-readiness skills for work-based learning through Extended Reality, including recommendations towards transparency concerning the variety of possible Initial Vocational Education and Training (I-VET) and Continuous (C-VET) programmes, and based on the lessons learnt while testing the project results in work-based learning environments.
