This reference document is addressed to policy and decision makers, VET institutions and providers, social organisations and other intermediary bodies. The recommendations are aimed to support further maturing of certification and accreditation policies on training work-readiness skills for work-based learning through Extended Reality, including recommendations towards transparency concerning the variety of possible Initial Vocational Education and Training (I-VET) and Continuous (C-VET) programmes, and based on the lessons learnt while testing the project results in work-based learning environments.
