Between August and December 2025, VIRDUAL 1st phase piloting activities were delivered in Italy, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Spain and Türkiye, with VET teachers and in-company trainers as the primary target users.
The partners introduced the project aims, the e-Learning Campus and Instructional Web App, then guided participants through onboarding and hands-on tasks: exploring XR-in-WBL modules, navigating courses, and creating their own training content for workplace or school contexts.
Feedback was captured via structured Reaction Sheets and qualitative comments, covering clarity, usability and applicability in real teaching settings.
FIRST PHASE PILOT RESULTS
• Strong perceived learning impact: better understanding of XR for Work-Based Learning and clear alignment with a real sector need.
• Training content and supplementary materials rated relevant and easy to follow.
• Platforms viewed as usable and adaptable across delivery modes.
• Participants consistently highlighted the project’s practical relevance and innovation, valuing the clear structure of the pilots and the hands-on approach.
• Many appreciated the flexibility of the tools and their transferability to diverse VET and workplace contexts.
